My Vision for District 1

Public Safety & Adequate Policing

I support safe community needs and adequate policing. I support a much larger police department. For 25 years we've been promised more police. A city such as Los Angeles needs a police force of at least 12,000 strong. We as taxpayers are spending millions of dollars in overtime, overworking our brave men and women in the LAPD and Fire Department, with less results.

Comprehensive Approach to Homelessness

Tens of millions of dollars are going into homelessness with little to no results. I have a plan with a new approach to bring dignity and compassion with an end result that will reduce the cost to taxpayers and help reduce our housing problems, clean streets and freeways, and address crime at the same time.

Proactive Leadership with Real Results

I take a proactive approach with new ideas in serving the City of Los Angeles. I look forward to serving you with integrity and hard work with outcomes of success.
